TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Console is to be deemed faulty in store by The Gamesmen only.
- Purchase receipt and Warranty to be sited by The Gamesmen staff at the time of warranty claim.
- Only one claim with the purchase of a replacement warranty. Further warranty may be purchased with a replacement.
- Warranty covers manufacturing faults only. If the fault cannot immediately be determined, console will be tested by the technician before replacement.
- Warranty is not transferable or refundable.
- Broken seals or tampering of console in any way will void warranty.
- Warranty does not cover any damage attributed to misuse, abuse and negligence or used not in accordance with the instructions.
- Depending on fault, any stored data may be retrieved by The Gamesmen at extra cost to the customer – prices may vary.
- Should the same console not be available or has been discontinued or superseded during the warranty period, original purchase price for console only will be contributed to new and updated console, or a credit note offered which will be valid for a three month period. Strictly no refund will be offered.
- The Gamesmen reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
