We trade for Store Credit only (not redeemable for cash).
"Alive" trade-ins must be in full working order.
The store do not perform data transfers for consoles.
Trade-in value can vary depending upon condition and current value of product.
To receive full trade-in value, Games & Consoles must include all components that were included when purchased as new, such as a genuine controller, power & AV cable.
Cartridge Games: Original box & manuals are not required but will improve your trade in value if in suitable condition.
CD/DVD/BluRay Games: Original case required, manuals are not required but will improve your trade in value if in suitable condition.
Games & Consoles must be PAL (Australian) version.
We reserve the right to refuse any claims that do not comply with the above conditions.
All of our pre-owned software and accessories carry a 30 day replacement warranty, and pre-owned consoles a 6 month warranty.
All of our console hardware is tested, cleaned and formatted for use prior to sale, and console software is cleaned and/or resurfaced in the event that the disc is scratched or dirty
