I live in the United States. I ordered a PlayStation 4 System Carrying case. I used the website to find the item I was looking for. The case I was looking for was not being sold in the USA. When I tried to place the order online, I noticed I could not order it because I didn't live in Australia. I contacted your company by email and one of the Managers, Chris, was able to assist me right away. Chris told me that they were able to ship me one though International mail however I would have to pay an extra flight amount. I agreed and used PayPal to transfer the money needed. Chris put in the post the next day and told me it would take roughly 14 days for me to get it.
I received the package earlier today. The item I ordered was so well packed that it took me a few minutes to free the item from the bubble wrap and other protective materials. I was surprised on how well it was shipped and it only took 9 days for me to get it instead of the 14 days like Chris told me! The bag fits my PS4 quite well and I am very happy. I am looking forward to my next purchase from the Gamesmen.
Thank you so much, Chris! Your speed and professional service has made me a very happy customer. If I am ever in Australia, I would love to stop by and look at your Retro Video Game Museum to see all the old systems, games and gaming history from when I was a kid.

I've bought a couple of things from you now. I am probably of an age that would make me look and feel totally out of place in your shop, but I have been most impressed by your service - your efficiency and prompt response. I know nothing about computer games, but have always had an interest in flying and came across Flight Simulator only recently. It is an amazing program and I am really enjoying the challenge of both flying the various aircraft and learning about the different instruments and navigational methods.
I have already recommended you to a like-minded friend in Perth and I gather he has been equally impressed. Keep up the good work.

Thank you to The Gamesmen for such exceptional customer service, particularly at this time of year. I called this morning at 10.20am to enquire about a last minute gift idea (waterproof bluetooth speaker) and trading hours - expecting to drive to Penshurst from Homebush after work. Instead, I made my purchase over the phone and have just received the speakers only three hours later at 1.20pm for a $12 delivery charge. I am voting this shopping experience as the best customer service received during 2013. You have certainly won my future business! I recently moved to Mortdale and I found your shop. I am a gamer so I walked in and discovered that the shop was one of the BEST game stores I had ever seen. A life size Link, Sonic T-shirts, but most of all, there was MANGA! I love manga but I couldn't find a store in austrailia that actually sold manga.

They have gamers covered, I like flight sim and race sims as well as third person aiction/ rpg games and a bit of first person shooter as well. I just felt I should write in and share a wonderful experience I had a few weeks back in your Wollongong shop!
I should have gotten his name, I hadn’t seen him there before, but it was the sales staff assistant, with short brown hair, and an NSW Origin jumper on, probably around 20 years old.
We had recently gotten the Wii and the kids were over the sports game. For each of my sons and daughter he picked a winner and answered all 200 of their questions :) He seemed to have some patience, was switched on and really knew his stuff.
My two youngest boys absolutely love Mario Kart based on his recommendations, my eldest son loves the Super Smash Bros. Brawl game and my daughter has been playing Just Dance since we got it. He saved me the hassle and picked some winners, I honestly don’t have the time to check what’s good these days, there is just too much to choose from. He was then even able to sort out a few technical issues we were having with the Wii, controllers and television. I really appreciated this!
Sorry for the long email, I’m just the sort of person to give thanks when it is due. I work in retail myself and have found it difficult to find staff that are the complete package. I run a small business and appreciate how hard it is not only to find but also retain quality staff. It was a nice change having an easy, friendly shopping experience.
I will go to [removed] and find out something is not in stock… or I will go to [removed] and I cant find anyone to serve me.. with service like I got a few weeks ago at your Wollongong store, I shall not be returning to those chains!
Before I end this email, what does he recommend that is good for Wii this Christmas and is he free to work for our store come Christmas? I know we would happy take him on board haha :)

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the gamesmen staff at the Penshurst store. I recently emailed the Gamesmen trying to find the Star Wars Battlefront 2 PlayStation game. Not an enquiry, but i just wanted the Cusumano family to know that Angelo started my bug for video games. I met him at the Royal Easter Show at Moore Park when I was a teenager and had his little stand of video games, which grabbed my attention. I bought a game from him and I've been hooked since.
