Console games are all PAL format for Australian and New Zealand consoles (unless stated otherwise in the product description). Should you be unsure about the compatibility of some games please email us at email@example.com to ensure they are compatible. Please check the specifications for PC games. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues once the product has been opened so please select carefully before you place an order.
If a product is faulty or damaged please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on 02 9580 9888 for a return authorisation. Simply attach a copy of our returns form and post it the returns address.

Faulty goods will be tested to determine the fault and if found to be working you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches which can provide solutions to most common problems. Common troubleshooting suggestions and support pages can also be found on our Product Support page.
The Gamesmen can process a refund by credit card or provide a gift voucher or credit note which can be redeemed on any future purchases. The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If a product is received faulty (DOA), damaged or you receive the incorrect product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
All change of mind returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and sealed in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in brand new resalable condition within 30 days of the product being collected in store or dispatched from our store for delivered orders. If the product has a tamper-proof seal, it must be intact and undamaged. Any returns found to have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and will be held until the customer returns to collect the product or pays for return postage. If return postage is not paid by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it. Restocking fees may apply if the product is not in its original condition. Special order products are excluded from this change of mind returns policy.
Pre-Order & Sales Order Information
When ordering products which will be released in the future:
- Online Pre-Orders require full payment at the time the order is made.
- Prices and release dates are subject to change without notice.
- In the event the Pre-Order is cancelled or transferred to another product, a $5.95 cancellation/administration fee will apply.
- Special Orders can be made with 10% deposit. Note that full payment may be required for some items. Every effort will be made for delivery within 14 days. Special orders are excluded from our Change of Mind return policy.
