Our Products

Console games are all PAL format for Australian and New Zealand consoles. Should you be unsure about the compatibility of some games please email us at sales@gamesmen.com.au to ensure they are compatible. Please check the specifications for PC games. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues once the product has been opened so please select carefully before you place an order.

Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty or damaged please send us an email to sales@gamesmen.com.au or contact us on 02 9580 9888 for a return authorisation. Simply attach a copy of your receipt, details of the fault, and your contact details and post it the returns address.

Faulty goods will be tested to determine the fault and if found to be working you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Faulty goods must be returned within 10 working days.
We suggest that you test your items on another machine both PC games and console games before you return your items. Also please check the Publishers website for support and/or patches which can provide solutions to most common problems.


Refunds

The Gamesmen can process a refund by credit card or provide a gift voucher or credit note which can be redeemed on any future purchases and is valid for twelve months.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received a faulty, damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs.

Change of Mind Purchases

We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision however if the product is unopened and returned to the above address within 10 working days, we will refund or exchange the item for you (less delivery charges). Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and ensure they are packaged securely. Restocking fees will apply if the game is not in its original condition.


Pre-Order & Sales Order Information

When ordering products which will be released in the future:

(1) A Minimum of 10% deposit of your order total, will be charged to your payment method at the time of ordering. The remainder will be charged at the time of shipping the product.
(2) Prices and release dates are subject to change without notice.
(3) In the event the pre-order is cancelled, the minimum 10% deposit will become the cancellation charge. This will be charged if you cancel your order after the product has been released.
(4) Special Orders can be made with 10% deposit. Note that full payment may be required for some items. Every effort will be made for delivery within 14 days, no refund or exchange on special orders.
(5) If any items are faulty, we will exchange for identical item only within 7 days of pick-up.
