Our
early years of trading saw the popularity of computer games soar with
sales of Game & Watch consoles. Soon after we evolved into selling
Intellivision, Atari 2600 and Commodore 64. We out grew our original
premises and moved to the iconic 491 Forest Road, Penshurst location.
The
early 1990’s saw the intoduction of popular handhelds such as Nintendos
Gameboy, Sega Gamegear and Atari Lynx. Nintendo NES, Super NES and Sega
Megadrive flourished and The Gamesmen’s business gained a strong
foothold as a destination for all gaming needs for people of all ages
Australia wide.
In December 1995, Angelo Cusumano our founder,
passed away in tragic circumstances. However the family was determined
to continue his dream and with dedicated staff and a large loyal
